District Convention Delegate Forms Due by April 15

Thanks to those who’ve already sent in their Convention voting delegate forms to the CNH District office! If you haven’t had a chance to submit your pastoral and lay delegate forms yet, here’s a quick reminder and a couple of links to make it easy:

What You Need to Do:

• Pastoral Voting Delegate Form

• Lay Delegate Form

These forms are your golden ticket for voting! Be sure to have two officers from your congregation sign the form, confirming that your congregation has elected you as their representative.

Quick Tip:

Turn in your completed forms to the District office before the Convention—this will make your registration process a breeze!

Representation at the CNH District Convention:

Each congregation (yes, even multi-congregation parishes count as a unit!) will be represented by one pastor and one lay delegate. We want to see as many CNH District congregations as possible joining us at the Convention!

Deadline Reminder:

To help us with planning, please send in your forms by Tuesday, April 15.
