On January 11, 2025, Circuit 14 gathered for a Clarity Workshop, a day designed to help congregations discern God’s calling for this unique time and place. Participants explored the central question: “Who is God calling us to be as a Church?”
The workshop focused on three key steps: understanding our current reality, identifying where God is leading us, and creating a practical roadmap for moving forward. Discussions included challenges such as cultural polarization, declining church membership, and generational gaps, alongside the opportunities and strengths unique to each congregation.
A central theme was the Kingdom Concept, guiding congregations to reflect on their unique place, potential, and passion to shape their ministry.
This event laid the groundwork for a strategic and united approach to ministry within Circuit 14, aiming for enduring Gospel impact in the Bay Area. Attendees left with a renewed sense of purpose and clear next steps for the journey ahead.
