    New Availability of Employee Retention Tax Credits!

    Attention churches and other nonprofit organizations: The Consolidated Appropriations Act, passed at the end of 2020, allows employers to retroactively claim the Employee Retention Tax Credit for 2020 even if they received a PPP (Payment Protection Payment) Loan, subject to some limitations.
