Chris Paavola is our keynote speaker. He is a church planter in University City, Missouri, an inner belt city of metro St. Louis. After prayer-walking more than 100 miles through his community, Chris began efforts to plant “a church as diverse as the city it serves.” Other speakers include President Bob Newton, Aaron Putnam from LINC Bay Area, and Dominic Rivkin and author, Heather Choate Davis, both from LINC LA. We won’t be complete without you!
Keynote 1: "Twenty-Seven Cents"
History is filled with illustrious examples of prayer in mission from missionaries- David Livingstone, William Taylor, Adoniram Judson, Hudson Taylor - who had a relentless dedication to prayer that seems impossible to replicate today. In this keynote, Church Planter Chris Paavola will challenge you to consider how their dedication to prayer came from something other than an effort to pray more, and how it will transform your own prayer in mission.
Keynote 2: "The Forgotten Prayer"
We can grow in prayer through fasting, or in new language, or in our consistency. But what if growing in prayer was a matter of simply praying a forgotten prayer? In this keynote, Church Planter Chris Paavola will illustrate how Jesus and saints throughout the ages prayed a prayer that’s largely-forgotten by the Church today.
Bob Newton's Keynote: "Laying the Foundation for Prayer in Mission"
