To order the Natural Church Development surveys, contact Churchsmart.  Churchsmart provides one survey for the pastor and thirty surveys for actively involved lay people in your church. The completed surveys are returned to ChurchSmart for processing. The church receives a report identifying their minimum and maximum factors and a copy of the Implementation Guide to Natural Church Development, the ABC's of Natural Church Development and the Minimum Factor manual . Your church may want to consider doing a survey every 12 months to track your progress and determine if your minimum factor has changed. Note: The NCD Survey is not a discountable item.

The District's Mission Counselors are available to assist the congregation in NCD interpretation and to use this tool as part of an overall strategic planning process.
