The Board of Directors for the CNH Distirct is elected every three years in convention.  It is composed of a First Vice President, who serves as chairman, three regional Vice Presidents, three lay directors, a treasurer, secretary and a commissioned minister.  The Board of Directors meets several times a year to formulate and assess the various policies that govern the ministries of the district.  The President of the District is charged with implementing these policies.
