2008 Mileage Reimbursement    The 2008 CNH District Mileage Reimbursement is as follows:          IRS standard mileage rates - effective 1/1/2008:  * Medical and moving expenses: 19 cents (1 cent decrease from 2007)  * Charitable: 14 cents (no change)  * Standard Business:  50.5 cents (2 cent increase from 2007)
